For a while there I was wondering if I would get ever get off the roller coaster I was on. But eventually I found my rhythm and rather than fight the ups and downs, I embraced the ride. I realised it was me who was in the driver&rsquo;s seat.<em><strong> </strong>I<strong> </strong></em>was responsible for creating my own happiness, success, and inner peace. It was these ingredients and many more that eventually allowed me to find confidence in myself and what I wanted to share with the world.</p>
<p>The purpose of <strong><a href="http://www.recipesforeverydaylife.com/shop/">Recipes for Everyday Life</a></strong> is to support you on your own ride in life. My grandmother and I often hung out in her kitchen where we would talk for hours. She taught me we are never too old to change our situation, and I have fervently followed this guidance. Believe me (and the words of my wise grandmother) don&rsquo;t let your current circumstances stop you from going for your dreams.</p>
<p>So how do we change and what ingredients make for a successful life? I know these 10 tips have been extremely useful for my clients, friends and me. I do hope you enjoy using them as much as I enjoy sharing them with you. Remember this is your precious life after all - make a commitment to take new steps that make you feel good about yourself and the way you live your life!</p>
